Doing what you are going to do:
Care for seedlings, including planting, watering, potting up, and fertilizing the seedlings

What it is that you will offer to the debate:
An advantage would be having farming expertise, preferably in a production-oriented operation.
Experience working in labor, service, and restaurants is a valuable asset.
Encouragement to put in long hours and improve labor productivity on the farm
Highly developed abilities in both teamwork and communication, including the capacity to provide and accept feedback and direction on the fly
Possession of the capacity to operate independently for extended periods of time
Keeping a positive mindset even when confronted with difficulties
Quick worker, attentive to detail, and quick to pick up new information
Individuals who are physically healthy and willing to labor outside in any weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain and snow
The ability to collaborate with people of varying ages, genders, abilities, cultural origins, and persons who have experienced marginalization in a respectful manner has been demonstrated.
Driver’s license with a valid G rating is an asset.
Carpentry, irrigation, and agricultural equipment experience are just few of the things that are considered to be assets.
