Tunes On Wheels is Ottawa’s mobile bike, ski, and snowboard workshop. Every day, we deliver the convenience of professional service, knowledge, and passion to our customers’ doorsteps. Our third year in business will be in 2024, and we plan to operate two vans during the season to cover the Ottawa-Gatineau area and satisfy our many clients.
As a Mobile Mechanic, you will be the company’s face, handling all service, repairs, and sales on-site. To ensure peak performance, you will diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, repair or replace broken components, and execute inspections. This function also requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
We endeavor to provide the greatest customer service while maintaining our immaculate reputation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers are highly valued.

Duties:
– Service and repair bicycles, skis, and snowboards. – Troubleshoot mechanical faults.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic – Strong customer service and communication skills – Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
