What will you do?
It’s safe to say that there’s plenty of variety in what we do. Here are some major responsibilities for the role:
Assisting with the smooth and timely flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, while maintaining floor operating and merchandise presentation standards.
Assigning priorities and offering guidance and help in communication to promote sales and enhance merchandising procedures.
Providing weekly updates on targets and identifying any difficulties or opportunities related to merchandising procedures and the sales floor; reviewing weekly merchandise announcements and assisting with the communication of changes to item presentation, fashion trends, ads, events, and so forth.
Associates are trained and developed on merchandise presentation standards and customer service.

To start your career with us, you will need:
Minimum one to two years of relevant experience; merchandise presentation experience is preferable.
High school education or equivalent experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
General awareness of retail operations, such as fashion trends, seasonal events, and inventory levels;
Excellent customer service skills.
This represents the predicted hiring rate and may not reflect the complete salary range for the post. The offered pay rate may be greater than the specified range due to appropriate skills, experience, and local labor market demands.
