How are you going to get here?

0-1 year of related training and/or experience in distribution or receiving-related business activities is preferred but not essential for this role.
A minimum of a high school graduation is necessary.
Must be able to prioritize daily job activities to ensure that shipment requirements are aligned and met.

Must be able to properly convey requirements to vendors, marketing, and customer service, both verbally and in writing.

Develop positive working connections with suppliers and external departments.
Ability to assist in the resolution of actual transportation difficulties and cope with a variety of situations in which no clear precedent exists for action.

The ability to interpret a range of directions provided in written, oral, visual, or timetable format.

Extra hours may be required to ensure that all daily shipment paperwork is completed, particularly at the end of each accounting month.
