The day shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
In summary, the Production Member is accountable for producing FuelCells in accordance with work instructions, schedules, and allocated hours, ensuring high productivity and quality.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Complete FuelCell manufacture as per the company’s work requirements.
Assisting the research and development team to identify innovative production procedures.
Routinely inspect products in detail to verify consistency and meeting quality standards.
Load and unload items onto or from the production line.
operate and clean the production equipment.
Perform routine checks to verify the proper operation of the equipment.
Keep precise and complete production records.
Provide support to team members.
Follows all business policies, procedures, including safety and quality requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or a comparable mix of education and experience.
A minimum of one year of experience in a production setting would be considered an asset.
Ability to understand procedures, examine products, and fill out reports.
Must be willing to be cross-trained as required.
Basic computing capabilities.
Detailed oriented
Strong work ethics.
Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
Work Conditions:
PPE is required in a multi-work setting (manufacturing, production, warehouse, R&D, and office).
Full-time hours (40 hours/week)
